    • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must provide video proof of the unboxing process.
    • The video should clearly show the condition of the package upon receipt and highlight the defect in the product.
  3. 24-Hour Reporting Window

    • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

Steps to File a Return or Refund Claim

  1. Record a Clear Unboxing Video:

    • Ensure the unboxing video captures the unopened package, the process of opening it, and any visible defects.
    • The defect in the product must be clearly shown in the video.

    • If the manufacturing defect is verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
      • A replacement product.
